 Now a little bit about me:  Ken Meyer

 

In 1986 I moved my family to Colfax.  We lived in Sacramento and I wanted to get them away from the rat race of city living.  We looked for property for two years prior to moving, wanting to find the perfect place.  In those two years I learned some very valuable information about Wells, Perc and Mantle tests, Septic Systems designs, permits, easements, property lines, water rights, the process of developing land to support a home and much more.  Three days after closing on my property I was laid off from my job with the railroad. It was one of the best things to happen to me.  I decided to take all the knowledge I had obtained over the past 2 years and start a career in real estate.  So, in 1986 I became a Realtor and over the past 23 years I have continued to learn what it takes to be a good agent to help my clients buy or sell their property.  My specialties are residential homes and land development.

          When you are buying or selling property in todays real estate market, its important to have confidence in your real estate agent. My commitment as your local REALTOR is to provide you with the specialized real estate service you deserve.
